1. PURCHASE
Choose and checkout your prints from Etsy shop
2. DOWNLOAD
Files are sent to you immediately. Go to ‘Purchases and Reviews’ in your Etsy profile menu.
Click the ‘Download Files’ button in your order.
Note: you need to access Etsy from a computer or mobile browser (not the app) to download your files
3. PRINT
Print at your local print shop, online or at home.
Choose the ratio file to print based on the size you want from the sizing chart
4. FRAME
Frame and display your new prints. Enjoy!

✔ HOW DO I ACCESS THE PRINT I PURCHASED?
Your print files are available in your order on Etsy. The files are not emailed to you.

FROM YOUR COMPUTER:
On your Etsy profile menu go to ‘Purchases and Reviews’. Click the ‘Download Files’ button beside your order. A zip file will download with the print files.

FROM YOUR PHONE/TABLET:
Etsy doesn’t allow downloads from the Etsy app. You can still use your phone, but you need to log on to Etsy.com from a web browser. Then, on your Etsy profile menu go to ‘Purchases and Reviews’. Click the ‘Download Files’ button beside your order. A zip file will download with the print files.

✔ HOW DO I PRINT MY DIGITAL FILE?
You can easily print your digital files in your local print shop, online or at home. Choose the file based on the size you want to print and provide it to the printing service.

PRINT SHOP
Use a local shop that offers printing such as Walgreens, CVS, Walmart etc.

ONLINE
Use an online printing service such as VistaPrint, Snapfish, Shutterfly etc.

AT HOME
If you have a printer capable of high resolution printing you can print at home. Use heavier paper, 160gsm+ for best results.

Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, refunds cannot be offered once the order has been processed.
